Book availability changes quickly. Publishers manage their own inventory and production schedules, and they don’t have systems in place to provide current or real-time stock availability to distributors like Follett Content.
These new ready-to-ship indicators reflect both publisher availability and our ordering history. Librarian media specialists, school district coordinators, and other educators work hard to select titles and build lists, and we want to do more to acknowledge those efforts, create more ordering transparency, and support your collection goals before you add titles to your order.
It takes time and care to build your orders. We know that carefully building your lists can take days, weeks, or even months. And because availability can change over time, we provide Analyze by Availability so you can review and adjust your list up until the time you’re ready to place your order.
Open any saved list and click Analyze in the toolbar, then select Availability.
