Follett Now Offers Haese Mathematics as Part of International Baccalaureate® Content

MCHENRY, ILHaese Mathematics textbooks – a popular and rigorous series of math books for International Baccalaureate® (IB) students around the world – are now available for purchase through Follett, the exclusive distributor of content and merchandise from the IB.

“Our customers are quick to let us know when there is a quality product out there, and we have had numerous requests for Haese Mathematics textbooks,” said Steve Siegel, Senior Vice President, Global Products and International, Follett School Solutions. “Haese textbooks are authored with the global student in mind, and have become a key math component of many IB programmes worldwide.”

Haese initially launched its mathematics textbooks in 2004 for IB Diploma Mathematics courses and they were greeted by an overwhelming response from teachers in 2,000 schools from more than 120 countries. Today, Haese has extended its IB mathematics series and recently released new editions of its textbooks for the IB Middle Years Programme aimed at students ages 11 to 16 (grades 6 to 10), and the IB Diploma Programme for students ages 16 to 19 (final two years of high school).

“With 40 years of publishing experience, leading us to become the most trusted name in mathematics education, Haese Mathematics is delighted to announce our partnership with Follett,” said Philippa Sawyers, Assistant Manager, Haese. “Our hope is that students who have not yet experienced mathematics presented in the ‘Haese way’ will benefit from our books being easily available from a trusted international supplier.”
