Follett Book Fairs Will Be Opening Fulfillment Centers Coast to Coast

New facilities will enhance customer service, further promote students’ love of reading

MCHENRY, IL – Follett today announced it will soon be opening five new Follett Book Fairs fulfillment centers across the country. The new centers, stretching coast to coast, will expedite book deliveries to those schools with scheduled fairs, plus provide for quick replenishment when inventories on popular books run low.

The new fulfillment centers are located in or near the following cities:

  • Philadelphia, Pa.
  • Orlando, Fla.
  • Dallas, Texas
  • Chicago, Ill.
  • San Bernardino, Calif.

All centers will be open by Aug. 1, in time for the back-to-school book fairs in late summer and fall.

“This will give Follett Book Fairs an enhanced local and regional presence in our key markets and ensure that our districts and schools have their full inventory for their events,” said Tony Hopkins, Senior Vice President, Follett Book Fairs. “Plus, the new warehouses will greatly help with replenishment efforts, ensuring the students have access to the books they want.”

Hopkins added the warehouses all will include the new Follett Book Fairs branded fleet of trucks featuring artwork of students’ favorite book characters riding a school bus.

Follett Book Fairs, currently in their fourth season, provide product offerings for elementary schools and middle schools. Because of existing partnerships with thousands of publishers, Follett Book Fairs offer a vast selection of books, kindergarten through eighth grade.
