Children's Book Week

We celebrate Children’s Book Week every year in May. Children’s Book Week, established in 1919, is a celebration of books and the connections they bring. This beloved program continues to grow and adapt each year with new resources and ideas for joining in.

To support the 2025 program, I created the You’ve Been Book’d for Children’s Book Week choice board. On the choice board, you will find books from the children’s book authors and illustrators highlighted in this year’s program. These books will bring such a wonderful variety of stories to our readers on this special day, and all throughout the year.

You will find the You’ve Been Book’d choice board here and other resources here at my The Library Voice blog
